GYROTONIC® Teacher Training
As an international teacher training centre in Guangzhou, True Pilates China frequently hosts a variety of GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® teacher training programs and continuing education workshops.
To enter the training program, students must have a basic knowledge of GYROTONIC® and/or GYROKINESIS® movements, have good physical health, and have had at least 10 private lessons with a certified instructor. We also regularly hold introductory workshops for those who seek a more in depth introduction to the method. Trial lessons are available every week, please call our studio for more details.
GYROTONIC® Training Schedule 2019-2020
True Pilates China is currently the only studio to host GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® teacher training courses in China. We have a busy and exciting schedule for 2019-2020 with courses for both new students and continuing education for certified instructors. Spaces are limited therefore early registrations are essential. Please contact our Studio to find out more information.
GYROTONIC® Level 1 Teacher Training
- 188 hour program (4 sequential courses)
- Completion of GT02 Foundation Course can begin teaching as Apprentice Trainer
- 1 year to become a Certified Gyrotonic Trainer
